You need to be sure and schedule physicals for summer now!!The immunizations listed below are STATE required before entering the 7th grade:Menactra, Tdap,2doses hepatitis A and 2 doses Varicella(chickenpox) Each child entering preschool or kindergarten are STATE required to have the following vaccines: 2 doses hepatitis A, 2doses of Varicella (chickenpox) and 2 doses of MMR in addition to all of the other required infant immunizations. Dr. Lori Allembaugh is our new pediatrician who has been on staff since 7/1/07. She takes all insurances as well as most Medicaid plans.
